Kerrville, TX – February 16, 2025 – A major narcotics bust has resulted in the arrest of two Kerrville men, following an undercover operation and subsequent search warrant execution.

The Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Division (SOD) conducted an undercover operation on February 15, 2025, in the 1300 block of Sidney Baker St. During the operation, Mitchell Graham McCorcle, 37, of Kerrville, was arrested and charged with one count of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2, >=1G<4G, and two counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, >=4G<200G.

The arrest of McCorcle led investigators to execute a search warrant at his residence. The search yielded a variety of narcotics, including heroin, crack cocaine, methamphetamines, psilocybin mushrooms, LSD, Xanax, and marijuana.

Also during the search warrant execution, Jamie Marin Jr., 41, was arrested on a fugitive warrant issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Pardon & Parole Division. Marin was wanted for parole violation stemming from prior drug convictions and was reportedly evading law enforcement after removing his ankle monitor. McCorcle’s vehicle was seized by KCSO investigators as well.

Both McCorcle and Marin were booked into the Kerr County Jail.

“Every day, our narcotics teams and SOD are striking hits on drug networks in Kerr County,” said Sheriff Larry Leitha. “Each arrest we make of those putting dangerous drugs into our community increases public safety – not just from the drugs themselves, but from the many social ills and other crimes that follow them. Our investigators did a great job over many days to stop this supplier.”

As in all criminal cases, charges may be added or modified prior to trial, and all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
