BEXAR COUNTY, Texas - Bexar County sheriff's investigators have caught up with a man who they say stole more than $14,000 from a woman's bank account by gaining her trust during a phone call.
They arrested Haquilla Watson, 26, Tuesday on charges of credit/debit card abuse and fraudulent use of identifying information.
The arrest affidavit says the charges stem from crimes committed in June in which Denise Mumme, a northeast Bexar County woman, was the victim.
