DENISON, Texas (KXII) - A dog missing for nine months is back home with her family after a Denison Animal Services officer recognized her while on patrol.

Sean Brown's 2-year-old dog, Nova, went missing in December.

Brown said he searched for her every day."I put flyers out. I look every morning before work, drive around for miles. I slept maybe an hour, two hours a day for a good three, four months looking for her," Brown said.
