ATLANTA, Texas (KLTV) - East Texas runners are expected to get their chance to help raise money for superficial siderosis research Saturday during the fifth annual Trial Grinder in Atlanta.

Tanya Beers, owner of Caffe Crema in Atlanta, is organizing the running event, which features a 5K ($30), 10K ($40), and 30K ($50), to raise funds for Superficial Siderosis Research Alliance.

Superficial siderosis is a rare, often-overlooked neurological disorder affecting less than one in three million people.
