-- A woman who was secretly poisoned by her co-worker at a Berkeley, California, engineering firm nearly 10 years ago is now sharing the hidden-camera video that helped catch him.

It comes as the man, identified as David Xu, who has been convicted of poisoning her, is set to appear in court Monday.

He will ask an Alameda County judge to dismiss his felony conviction.
