A $30 million makeover for Casa Blanca Golf Course in Texas moves forward despite a delay in the clubhouse decision.

WEBB COUNTY, Tex.
(KGNS) - Three years after announcing a planned makeover at Casa Blanca Golf Course, officials are still moving forward with a redesign that carries a $30 million price tag.
A Texas Department of Transportation project redesigning Loop 20 is expected to take nine acres from the golf course.
