The Bandera County River Authority & Groundwater District and the Hill Country Preservation Coalition will discuss water resources and flood warning systems July 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The entities will also provide a brief update on the proposed Howard Solstice Transmission Line.

The meeting will be held at The Blue Flame at 282 Main Street in Utopia.
