CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Recent rainfall has improved reservoir levels across the Coastal Bend, offering some relief as city leaders continue to monitor long-term water supplies.
During the city's weekly water briefing Friday, City Manager Peter Zanoni said reservoir levels have increased compared to last week, thanks in part to widespread rain across the region.
Despite the improvement, Zanoni cautioned that Corpus Christi still does not have enough water supply to meet its long-term needs.
