MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - A 18-year old is facing multiple felony charges after police say a driver doing "donuts" in a crowded parking lot hit multiple people and then took off before officers tracked the vehicle down.

According to the affidavit, officers were called around 8 p.m. Saturday, July 11, to the 1200 block of E. Wadley Avenue for a disturbance involving weapons at a car meet.

Witnesses reported that a blue 2020 BMW M34 was spinning in circles and kicking up dust with people nearby.
