Along with Brownsville Animal Regulation Care Center adoption specialist Jordan Wally, anchor Alexia Serrata got to say hello to a very excited furry friend named Bernard.

Wally explained that Bernard is a rescue who was found abandoned in an alley but is now living his best life.
