McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The city of Starbase paid City Clerk Gretchen Norton more than $30,000 in September, when she abruptly resigned.
Starbase accepted Norton's resignation on Sept. 4 and paid her $31,250 to waive any claims against the city.
