WACO, Texas (KWTX) - KWTX has learned Waffle House is finalizing plans to close on the property at 2301 South New Road for its first-ever location in Waco.

KWTX spoke with representatives from Independence Commercial Real Estate and learned Waffle House is in the process of finalizing the purchase.
