Pet-friendly residences have access to amenities, developer says Morningside at Menger Springs will mark its continued expansion into the Boerne area when it officially opens its new neighborhood, Terrace Homes, with an Oct. 30 ribbon cutting, officials said.

Terrace Homes is adding 74 independent living residences to Morningside at Menger Springs, which sits on 42 acres alongside Menger Creek, according to a release.

The developer said Morningside at Menger Springs offers senior care ranging from independent living and assisted living, to memory care and long-term care.
