HOUSTON, Texas (KBTX) - A 23-year-old DoorDash driver was struck by a fleeing suspect during a police chase last week while making a delivery - and still completed the order after being hit.

Miracle Herron had parked her car and stepped out for a delivery when a small gray sedan struck her, sending her onto the hood of the vehicle as the driver attempted to flee."By the time I realized, like, okay, this car is going to hit me, it was literally right there," Herron said.

The chasePolice identified the suspect as Torrence Whitaker.
