HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - All eastbound lanes were shut down following an overturned 18-wheeler and a fuel spill on State Highway 31 heading into Chandler Friday afternoon.

According to a release from the Brownsboro Fire Department, all eastbound lanes of State Highway 31 are closed while emergency crews respond to an 18-wheeler crash that spans the highway west of Chandler city limits.
