U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke L. Rollins announced that the USDA is maximizing support for producers by issuing a second Supplemental Disaster Relief Program (SDRP) payment.

Following a data analysis, the USDA has increased the payment factor from 35% to 70%.
