ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Martin Luther King Jr. Street between Meadow and Market Avenue will be down to one lane of traffic starting today, June 15. The city of Odessa says construction will begin to install a new utility main line for the new Ector County ISD CTE building.

The work will be done in two phases and is expected to wrap up by the end of July.

The city is asking drivers to follow all traffic signs and detours, consider using different routes and expect more traffic than usual in the area.
