DENISON, Texas (KXII) - A new Dairy Queen will be part of a commercial development under construction off Highway 75 and FM 691.

The development will also house a UPS Store and include space for two additional restaurants.

Covenant Development said it is working to bring new restaurants to Texoma, though some restaurant chains have declined to enter the area, citing concerns that the Sherman-Denison market is not large enough.
