Surveillance shows man minutes before allegedly setting Cypresswood apartment on fire that killed his brother
A man accused of intentionally setting an apartment fire in Harris County that killed his brother and injured several others, including a 3-year-old child, is shown in surveillance video moments before the blaze.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Surveillance video obtained exclusively by KPRC 2 News Reporter Corley Peel, appears to show the man accused of intentionally setting an apartment building on fire, moments before it burst into flames, killing his own brother and injuring several others, including a 3-year-old boy.
Matthew Atwater is charged with felony murder with arson as an underlying offense.
The fire broke out around 1:30 a.m. at the Cypresswood Apartments on Cypresswood Drive.
