SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas (KLTV) - CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs is celebrating a major milestone, 10 years of serving Hopkins County, while also looking ahead by expanding a partnership with Texas A&M medical students to help strengthen the future rural healthcare workforce."We're celebrating 10 years," said Paul Harvey, president and CEO of CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs, calling the anniversary a big moment for rural Texas.

Over the past decade, Harvey said the hospital has seen major growth."We have hit some really good marks," he said.

Harvey added that procedure volumes, surgeries, and patient visits have more than doubled in Hopkins County.
