UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - Residents in the Pleasant Grove community of Upshur County are raising concerns about road damage and infrastructure strain following plans to build a new Sanderson Farms laying facility off Bamboo Road, near Big Sandy.

The concerns were voiced at a county commissioners meeting Wednesday morning, where Sanderson Farms representatives addressed residents and county officials.
