The Comal County Commissioners Court denied a lot cancellation request for two lots in a Fischer neighborhood after dozens of residents spoke out in opposition at the public hearing on June 11.

The application requested lots 277 and 278 of the Summit Estates at Fischer neighborhood be canceled under Local Government Code Sec.

232. 008, which allows a property owner to reverse a subdivision and reestablish acreage tracts as they were prior.
