RICHMOND, Texas (KTRK) -- Fort Bend County voters heading to the polls Tuesday hope a technical glitch that hit every voting site during the May primary runoff won't repeat itself.

An elections employee uploaded the wrong file, and records obtained by ABC13 showed it took three hours to fix the problem.
