The La Pryor outages show restoration times of noon or earlier July 16. Barksdale and Camp Wood, with about 34 residences without power due to three outages, should be restored by 12:30 p.m. July 16. AEP Texas external affairs manager Jimmy Earnest says crews cannot repair all outages because of road closures.

The AEP Texas Outage Map shows 14 people around Knippa are without power due to two outages.

Those outages share an anticipated restoration time of 9 a.m. July 17, as do the majority of Uvalde and Uvalde Estates outages.
