HOWE, Texas (KXII) - Younger Partners has purchased 182 acres near Howe with plans for a new residential and retail development expected to include homes for about 400 families and future commercial space along the U.S. 75 corridor.

The property sits at the northeast corner of FM 902 and Bennett Road.

John St. Clair, executive managing director for Younger Partners' land division, said the site's location and natural features made it attractive for development."It's well located, it has good topography, it has the solutions there for the utilities," St. Clair said.
