ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - A jury in the 358th District Court found a man guilty of theft, following a trial stemming from an August 2024 incident at a convenience store in Odessa.

According to Ector County District Attorney, Michael Gilmore was sentenced to 180 days in the Ector County Jail and received credit for time served.

According to trial testimony, officers responded to a disturbance at the Quick Track gas station on Aug. 16, 2024.
