TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A man received a probation sentence after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a child in a Tyler parking lot.

Ernesto Lopez-Ramirez, 32, pleaded guilty in Judge Kerry Russell's courtroom Thursday morning.

Russell said he was "skeptical" when he accepted the plea for sexual assault of a child and believed the victim would testify at trial and the jury would find Lopez-Ramirez guilty.
