Comment0WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Adam Hoffman, a former Waco attorney who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing his son's friend for years, will have to register as a sex offender in Sarpy County, Nebraska, where he now lives with his wife.

Despite this, Hoffman has not officially surrendered his law license.

The State Bar of Texas' website shows he is still eligible to practice in Texas.
