TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The third annual Veteran Stand Down event returns to Tyler Saturday to connect local veterans and their families with essential community resources.

Hosted from 1 to 4 p.m. at the CHRISTUS Athletic Performance Center, located at 1543 East Grande Boulevard in Tyler, the event has grown from 10 organizations in its first year to over 40 participating groups."We have a couple different intents," said organizer Jason Galusha.

The first intent, he said, is to bring all veteran resources under one roof.
