LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - Police arrested a man early Sunday following a standoff at a home in the 700 block of Clark Avenue in downtown Lufkin.

Jose Angel Garza was arrested around 12:30 a.m. after officers and SWAT responded to reports that a man had shot at people on the street around 7 p.m., according to a statement from the Lufkin Police Department.
