An overturned tractor-trailer hauling industrial-sized metal pipes is causing a major traffic disruption Tuesday morning in southeast Houston.

The crash happened along the ramp connecting southbound I-610 East Loop to State Highway 225.

According to Houston TranStar, the heavy truck crash was reported around 9:42 a.m. on the exit ramp.
