ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The Odessa Police Department is searching for a man accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Odessa Housing Authority.

According to the Odessa police, 42-year-old Andres Laabs is wanted on a first-degree felony theft warrant.

Investigators calim Laabs stole around $400,000 from the Odessa Housing Authority.
