San Antonio Democrat Johnny Garcia, who is running to represent Texas' red-leaning 35th District in Congress, blew past his Trump-backed Republican opponent in second-quarter fundraising Garcia reported raising $676,140 during the quarter, which ran from April 1 through June 30.

He also reported that his campaign has no debt, with $323,108 cash on hand.
