(KXII) - The Pride of Oklahoma marching band stopped in Ardmore on its drive to Dallas for a last-minute practice before performing at halftime for the Red River Rivalry Saturday.
The stop is an annual tradition ahead of the Red River Rivalry.
A longtime traditionChauvin Aaron, University Bands director of development at the University of Oklahoma Foundation, said the practice location has shifted over the years."For years and years and years, this was the primary location that the Pride stopped at before they went to the OU-Texas game," Aaron said.
