(KXII) - Remains found in McCurtain County in October have been positively identified as a man and woman that have been missing since 2022.

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, on October 15, agents were called to investigate skeletal remains that were found in a vehicle that the Oklahoma Highway Patrol retrieved from Pine Creek Lake.

On Thursday, the medical examiner's office identified the remains as those of Terry Woodman, 64, and Timothy Woodman, 65.
