(KXII) - Mercy Hospital Ardmore is undertaking a $20 million renovation project centered on patient experience, according to Daryle Voss, Community President of Southern Oklahoma."I want everybody to leave here and have that experience where not only we give great care, but the environment marries up alongside the care that we give," Voss said.

What the renovation includes"The project will add improved wayfinding, patient privacy upgrades, a new chapel, a new coffee shop and a new gift shop," Voss said.

Voss said the project is about more than the added amenities."I love a good coffee, I love a good latte. But it's much more than just a coffee bar project," Voss said.
