LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Lubbock City Council will continue its discussion on the city's finances later this week, following earlier conversations about priorities for next year's funding plan.

Among the first concerns raised were infrastructure problems in north and east Lubbock and city employee compensation.

Council members said they are working to balance higher inflation with keeping property taxes as low as possible.
