Big Spring Gas Prices Average $3.42 as National Fuel Costs Fall Below $4

Drivers in Big Spring are paying an average of $3. 42 per gallon and diesel is averaging $4. 56 per gallon for gasoline, according to GasBuddy data, as fuel prices continue to ease both locally and across the country.

The local average comes as the nationwide price of gasoline has fallen 9. 3 cents over the past week, now sitting at $3. 99 per gallon, according to GasBuddy(R), which compiles more than 12 million price reports from over 150,000 stations nationwide.

That national average is down 52. 4 cents compared to a month ago, but still 91. 1 cents higher than this time last year.
