The policy director for the American Immigration Council says U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement must drastically change the way the agency operates.
In the latest episode of Border Report Live, Nayna Gupta told South Texas correspondent Sandra Sanchez that the agency needs to be held accountable for two recent deaths in the span of six days.
