Harlingen police arrested a registered sex offender who failed to comply with registration requirements and report his job termination.

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - Police arrested a wanted registered sex offender who failed to comply with sex offender registration requirements, according to a news release from the Harlingen Police Department.

An arrest warrant was issued for Lino C. Oliva after he allegedly failed to report his termination from his job.
