Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation accepting grant applications for baseball and softball teams

The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation is accepting grant applications for its baseball and softball grant program to increase youth participation in the sports.

ARLINGTON, Texas (KXII) - The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation is now accepting applications for its baseball and softball grant program.

The annual partnership with Globe Life aims to increase youth participation in the sports by funding improvements of community programs.

In order to qualify programs must meet the following conditions:Provide baseball and/or softball to children 18 years-old or youngerOperate in Texas or a neighboring stateBe designated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organizationIn 2025, the Silo Baseball and Softball Booster Clubs, and the Atoka Softball Parent Booster Club received grant money from the foundation.
