JASPER COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A Kirbyville man is behind bars after Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard said the man posted a nude video on social media without the consent of the person featured.

James Ronnie Graham Jr., 45, was held Saturday at the Jasper County Jail on a warrant charging him with publishing intimate visual material, according to court records.

On June 11, the Jasper County Sheriff's Office received a call regarding an inappropriate video posted on social media.
