MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - A 20-year-old man was arrested Saturday night in Midland County on charges of evading arrest or detention, unlawfully carrying a handgun and deadly conduct.

A deputy responded at about 11:03 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, to the area of South County Road 1130 for a disturbance involving weapons.

While the deputy was heading that way, he was told that the possible shooter wore a hat, a white shirt and jeans.
