HOUSTON - 48 hours after flames ignited at an East End Houston recycling plant, we're learning new information about the materials on site at Mammoth Metals Recycling.

48 hours after flames ignited at an East End Houston recycling plant, we're learning new information about the materials on site at Mammoth Metals Recycling.
According to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, any facility that recycles tires is required to register with the TCEQ.
However, looking at their list of current scrap tire facility operators in Texas, Mammoth Metals is not on that list.
