HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man in a wheelchair was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Friday night, and Houston police said they're looking for the driver.

Officers said the man was hit along Reed Road near Edgar around 9:30 p.m. Investigators described the suspect vehicle as a dark blue Ford or Dodge pickup.

Police told ABC13 the victim was known to frequent the area.
