USAA is giving back to Military City, USA through a new partnership supporting the Alamo Plan, the long-running effort to restore the historic 1836 battlefield and surrounding footprint.

The San Antonio-based insurance and financial services firm will sponsor improvements to the Paseo del Alamo, a pedestrian corridor that links the River Walk and Alamo Plaza.

As two of the city's most popular destinations, the upgraded space will become a daily crossroads for locals and tourists alike.
