ALICE, Texas - Drivers traveling on FM 1538 could see delays over the next week as crews work on a new AEP Texas transmission line project.
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) said Spartan Infrastructure has been contracted to build the Cruce to Reforzar 345kV Transmission Line.
As part of the project, crews will temporarily stop traffic along parts of FM 1538 while overhead wire work is completed.
