Two suspects already facing capital murder charges for the fatal shooting of a taco truck operator last December are now facing federal charges.

Court records indicate Angel Saldivar-James and Oscar Armando Roland Menjevar are federally charged with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, interference with commerce by robbery, using, carrying, brandishing, discharging, and possessing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence resulting in death, and using, carrying, brandishing, discharging, and possessing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

In addition, Angel Saldivar-James is accused of possessing a firearm while unlawfully in the United States.
