Comment0BELL COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - Bell County voters will decide in November whether to create a hospital district after a petition drive garnered overwhelming support.

If approved, the district could provide hospital and medical care facilities, emergency services and mental health care for underinsured and underserved residents.

That includes people who fall into the gap and don't qualify for Medicare or Medicaid.
