BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The Bryan City Council unanimously approved a $350,000 Chapter 380 agreement Tuesday night, marking what city leaders call a "final piece" in the revitalization of the historic heart of downtown.

The project focuses on the historic Hotel Bryan and the Ryan Building on South Main Street.

Mayor Bobby Gutierrez described the properties as the last unrenovated spot on the block.
